Our onboarding process is designed for speed and efficiency. After registering and verifying your account, you can instantly access and begin using your Virtual Card. The Physical Card can be ordered and will be delivered according to standard shipping times. Our platform facilitates immediate linking of your card to your preferred currency and crypto wallets, allowing for near-instantaneous transactions.

Confidopay currently supports the following cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin. Bitcoin on Lightning Network. Ethereum. USDC on Ethereum (ERC20). USDC on Polygon (ERC20). BNB on BNB Smart Chain. The Confidopay card is currently available to residents of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. We are actively working to expand our availability to additional regions in the future.

For the Starter tier, the spending limits are €7,500 per day and €7,500 per month. We may offer different tiers with varying limits depending on the verification and account status. Please refer to your account settings or contact our support team for information on potential limit adjustments.

Individuals aged 18 or older who have passed an identity verification process, which is managed by our card partner, and are residents of the following countries are eligible to apply for the Confidopay Card: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. Due to regulatory reasons, we are currently unable to offer services to citizens of the United States of America and the Russian Federation, regardless of their residency. However, citizens of the Russian Federation who also hold EU/EEA citizenship are eligible for our services.
